If you fall within one of the Key Worker categories and require Edu-Care for your child; please complete the Childcare Registration Form and return by email to st.maurice.primary.school@plymouth.gov.uk by 6pm on Sunday 22nd March.

If you require the form in word format, please contact us via the above email address and a copy will be sent to you.
