Flu Vaccination Programme and Electronic Consent for Reception to Y6
The Immunisation Team will be in school on Friday 8th November to provide Flu vaccinations to Primary school children from Reception to Year 6.
If you wish your child to receive the flu vaccination, please ensure you complete the online consent form by Sunday 27th October 2019, which can be accessed by clinking here.
