Engines Off for Clean Air Campaign!
We’re taking part in Plymouth City Council’s ‘Engines Off for Clean Air’ campaign which launched on Thursday 14th October 2021.
Walking, cycling and scooting to school are the healthiest and most environmentally friendly ways to travel to school but we understand that some parents and carers may need to drive for the school journey.
We are asking anyone who drives to school to pledge to make a small but hugely positive change for our school community and the local area by switching off engines when stationary.
Parents can show their support for our campaign by displaying the Engines Off for Clean Air sticker in their car window and encouraging others to switch their engines off while waiting too.
With your help we can make the streets around our school an Engines Off Clean Air Zone and a safer and friendlier space for our children.
