One of our parents, Peggy Melmoth, is now running Mindful Art Classes at The Brook Inn at 10am on Wednesday mornings.

Mindful art can relieve anxiety and stress. No art experience required! Friendly and informal.

Grab a coffee and join in! Introductory taster sessions at only £2 per class.
