As our first point of contact to the school the successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with telephone calls, parents and visitors in a positive, calm and friendly manner. This post provides the opportunity to develop and maintain administration systems. Using a variety of school specific software and MS Office packages. Responsible for own workload and giving the post holder an opportunity to; maintain data records, prepare data reports, prepare and issue a range of correspondence, maintaining a range of paper records, dealing with a range of enquiries and queries, and other relevant administration services.
